Whether you are rediscovering a forgotten spiritual path, reinforcing your commitment to an already well-established one, or wanting to create a spirituality for yourself - a Reiki practice can provide ways to start exploring along your spiritual path and help improve your well-being.
If you are new to spiritual path, we offer awareness and support in creating a solid foundation for your practice. If you are a current practitioner, having teachers and a support group can enhance your practice significantly. It can be challenging to grow without community.

We hope to create a Growth and Resilience Curriculum and Community focusing on:
•being and feeling,
•doing and creating,
•reflecting and connecting, and
•learning how to love ourselves and each other.
The main intentions guiding our community actions –
·renewing our connection with Nature and Nature’s cycles,
·rebalancing the yin and yang,
·reconnecting intuition (creative thinking) and logic (critical thinking),
·returning to community, mutual support, and conflict resolution, and
·reimagining teaching and learning

•a non-hierarchical structure with harmonizing areas of activity
