This class is an extension of the Shadow Work for Spiritual and Creative and Critical Thinking Development class (particularly The Four Agreements) and it is highly recommended that you take that class prior to this one.  

We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly “work” activities – in class and at home. The class will be reading The Fifth Agreement by Don Miguel Ruiz as part of our discussion. Copies of the book are available for borrowing from Mels Magic. A reading reference list will be provided in class.
