Shadow Work for Spiritual and Creative & Critical Thinking Development
The perspective of this class is that shadow work is a practice for healing and growth. The goal of the class will be to develop an understanding of what shadow work is and how one can approach the process with an attitude of compassion for yourself and your lived experiences.
We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly “work” activities – in class and at home. The class will be reading The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz as part of our discussion of Shadow Work. Copies of the book are available for borrowing from Mels Magic.
